Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. If you don’t know me already, my name is Alison and live in beautiful Western Australia. I love sunshine, the beach, great food and wine and I’m passionate about helping mums to be the happiest and healthiest version of themselves.
I have a five year old boy and a two year old daughter, and I run my business from home around them.
I have created this blog so that I can share lots of healthy hacks for busy mums like me! I understand that life with kids can be crazy, and at times it can be difficult to find the time or inspiration to create interesting and healthy meals.
My son was a very fussy eater and I struggled to get enough veggies into his diet. We fell into a rut, eating the same foods on rotation. So over time I learned how to create delicious and healthy meals that were super easy to make (because let's be honest - I can be lazy)! Health isn’t just about what we eat and how we move, it’s also about how we feel mentally and physically. And that means balance. So this isn’t about eating super healthy 100% of the time.
